of documents that are handwritten or typed and are time critical.
Our high-speed, automated systems read handprint, check- boxes,
mark sense, reader response, bar codes, and most other variables
on a document. Documents can be processed from hard copy or
fax. The data is entered mechanically (from paper or image)
or use computer assisted data capture methods using OCR (optical
character recognition), ICR (intelligent character recognition)
mark sense, MICR and Bar code).
Client specified and required information
is extracted from the source document & is subsequently
checked by our validation routines including table look-ups,
data/ range checks, and relationship validation. The manual
verification process takes the original image and internally
compares the same to the optically recognized data. Data which
compares exactly & is recognized by the system as correct
is accurate and requires no further verification.
When the internal mechanical verification
process cannot assure a 100% accuracy of the optically recognized
data, the unverified fields are directed to a verification
personnel for visual and manual interpretation
where experienced operators verify and correct the processed
information. This product is then turned into data, and the
properly formatted data (record layout) is quickly transmitted
to the client.

of the lowest cost services. We scan from 150 to 1200 DPI
true color, B&W or grayscale, TIFF, JPG or GIF formats.
